Who we are
Meet Anne Fogg, LPC-S CO, CLPC-ME, LMHC-IA
With over 20 years of dedicated experience, Anne Fogg is a compassionate and accomplished professional committed to empowering individuals and communities. Her extensive expertise spans working with children and adolescents with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), trauma-focused care, and innovative mental health practices.


Anne has worked extensively with children facing challenges such as Down syndrome, chromosomal abnormalities, Autism, and more.
A certified trainer for the IDD Road to Recovery Toolkit and Psychological First Aid, she equips professionals to support vulnerable populations effectively.
As the CEO and founder of Epione Wellness, LLC, Anne leads with a vision to provide evidence-based, individualized care via telehealth.
Anne is a conference speaker, grant author, and a mentor to the next generation of clinicians. Her training initiatives include partnerships with Northwestern University and leadership in Complex Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (C-PTSD) education.
Through her role as Secretary on the Board of Warrior Now, Inc., Anne supports US combat veterans in their reintegration journeys.

Hannah Scott Holstein is a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate with over 4 years of experience in the mental health field. She specializes in providing person-centered and evidence-based therapy to individuals, couples, and families. Hannah holds a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northwestern University. While at Northwestern, her research focused on people with disabilities and their families, neurodivergent populations, and trauma-informed care. She completed studies during her graduate degree in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), Human Sexuality, and Multicultural Counseling. Before becoming a counselor, Hannah was an elementary school teacher with a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education and holds a master’s degree from Northeastern University in Nonprofit Management, working in the nonprofit sector for over 10 years. Hannah is dedicated to working with her clients to navigate life’s challenges and achieve their personal goals. She believes in creating a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings without judgment. Her approach is collaborative and tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual. In addition to her clinical work, Hannah is an advocate for mental health awareness and education. She regularly engages in workshops and seminars on topics related to client needs. Outside of her professional life, Hannah enjoys hiking, listening to podcasts, and spending time with her family exploring Colorado.


Olivia Rose
Therapist | EMDR Practitioner
Olivia is a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC). She graduated from Northwestern University with a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2023. She practices from a psychodynamic and person-centered approach and is EMDR trained. Olivia provides a non-judgmental, accepting space and calming presence to support individuals as they create positive change for themselves. Olivia is passionate about working with individuals with anxiety, depression, PTSD and has a special interest working with individuals with chronic pain.
Mackenzie Bettmann
Trauma-Informed Care & Self-Compassion
Mackenzie Bettmann is a master’s-level counseling student at Northwestern University with a background in literature from Hamilton College. She began her career in the nonprofit sector before transitioning to counseling, driven by a deep passion for helping individuals, couples, and groups navigate their wellness journeys. Mackenzie specializes in trauma-informed care, self-compassion work, and anxiety management, creating a supportive and empowering space for clients to heal and grow. Under the supervision of Anne Fogg, she is committed to fostering meaningful change and resilience in those she works with. Outside of counseling, Mackenzie finds joy in the outdoors with her dog, losing herself in a good novel, and cultivating her garden.


Jack Rosile
LGBTQ+ Support | Grief & Trauma | Identity Exploration
Jack Rosile is a master’s level counseling intern from Northwestern University practicing under the supervision of Anne Fogg, MA, LPC, NBCC, CLC, ChT, CCTP. He holds a BS from MIT and worked as a software engineer and engineering manager for just over a decade. In those roles, he felt most fulfilled when helping others to learn, grow, and find happiness, so he decided to leave the tech industry and pursue a career in counseling. He is passionate about working with the LGBTQ population, particularly transgender or gender nonconforming individuals, and with anyone who is managing trauma or experiencing grief and loss. In his spare time, Jack enjoys traveling, playing games, and puzzle hunting. He and his cat Robin are a registered therapy animal team and volunteer with children and hospice patients.

Savana Sparks
Holistic Wellness | Humanistic & Feminist Therapy
Savana Sparks is a master’s level counseling intern working towards licensure as an LPC in Colorado. She is currently completing her MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Northwestern University. Prior to embarking on her career in mental health, she received a BA in Biochemistry from Augustana College in 2021. Pairing holistic wellness practices with an understanding of biological systems is the foundation of her developing therapeutic style, along with psychodynamic, humanistic, and feminist counseling theories. Savana works with adults with a wide range of clinical presentations, prioritizing affirmation and empowerment. In her spare time, she can be found painting, spending time with her cat, enjoying live music, or perusing a vintage shop.

Alayna Roche
BS Psychology
Alayna Roche graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire with a BS in psychology. She is currently in her second year studying to get her master’s degree at Northwestern University. Alayna is under supervision of Anne Fogg while in training and has a passion for working with comorbid conditions, individuals coping with trauma, and adolescent clients. She frequently engages in research to assist clients and further her knowledge on relevant topics in the field. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, reading nonfiction books, and cooking homemade meals.

Clinical mental health interns may still be in school and under supervision, but often bring a unique mix of passion, fresh perspectives, and dedication to their work. It is exciting as a clinician to work collaboratively with minds ready to implement new techniques and modalities. Clinical mental health interns and practicum students are often up to date on the latest therapeutic interventions and insights from their coursework, keeping the practice at the forefront of innovations in the field. Clients benefit from the up-to-date approaches taught in schools and the seasoned wisdom of supervisors. Being newer in the field, they often bring a strong sense of purpose and dedication, creating a safe and supportive space for clients to heal and grow.
